Red Pepper and Marjoram Dressing

1/2 Lime; juiced pepper_marjoram
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 ts Chopped shallots
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
3 tb Toasted pine nuts
1 md Red pepper – roasted, peeled & diced
1/2 tb Marjoram

Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with the vinegar. Add shallots and slowly whisk in both oils. Add remaining ingredients and allow the herb to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes and season to taste before serving.
